How do I access my mail in the portal?

Before you start, you will need:

  • An active MyRelayHQ  account.

  • At least one entity currently utilizing Mail or Registered Agent services.

  • Logged-in access with a user role that has "View" permissions for the specific company.




Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to your MyRelayHQ  dashboard.

  2. Click on the Mail tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Browse the list of mail items. Use the Filters to sort by Date, Company, Document Type (e.g., Service of Process vs. Regular Mail), Sender Name or Status.

  4. Click on any portion of the Row for the document you are interested in viewing.

  5. An Icon with a description of the document will appear along with details of that item. Click on the Icon to view the document.




What to expect: Each item will open as a clear PDF scan of the contents of the mail. Once a piece of mail is opened, its status will typically change from "Unread" to "Read" for all users on the account. No notices will be sent to users of the account when a document is viewed.
