Managing Notifications: Who receives email notices?

What you need:

  • An active MyRelayHQ account.




Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to the MyRelayHQ dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings and select Notifications.

  3. Review the list of "Notification Events" (e.g., New Mail, Service Renewal).

  4. Next to each event, toggle the checkbox next to each to enable or disable specific alerts.




What to expect: The system will immediately update the routing for automated alerts. When a triggered event occurs—such as the receipt of a legal documentyou will receive the email notification. This is expected behavior for localized notification management, not a guarantee that emails will not be filtered by individual recipient spam folders.
